The Simon Says Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to fixing what others won’t - or can’t.
The "foundation" is the other half of an intentional relationship of two entities created together with a single goal. The Simon Says Foundation nonprofit and the Simon Says Pet Brand are working together hands for paws.

Rescue is the reason
The Simon Says Foundation exists to drive real, actionable, and measurable change.
While we push and advocate for long-term systemic reform, we focus on immediate impact: supporting grassroots rescues, mentoring first-time networkers, and providing operational guidance.
We also assist to fill the many gaps traditional rescue and shelter systems lack - resources.
Smoke and Mirrors
Across the U.S., hundreds of millions are spent each year to “solve” the dog crisis. And yet, nothing really changes.
Shelters remain overcrowded. Thousands of dogs are euthanized monthly. Legislation stalls. Promises are made. Enforcement is spotty, understaffed, and underfunded.
And dogs keep facing cruelty, neglect, abandonment, and end up dying unnecessarily.

The Simon Says Pet rescue collection
Simon Says Pet is dedicated to helping dogs in shelters and rescues. They donate over 10,000 units every year to their partners. Additionally, when a customer buys a rescue item at Simon Says Pet, they expanded a typical BOGO promotion: for every one that is purchased for your dog, 2 get donated (1 from you, and 1 from them) to rescues & shelters in their network.
